Ginger-Peach Rose Sangria

This sangria looks stunning and tastes even better. It is sweet and juicy with peaches, and gets some kick from ginger simple syrup. It works equally well with regular rose wine, non-alcoholic wine, or a mixture.

Hands-on time: 10 minutes

Total time: 8 hours (or overnight in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 cup ginger simple syrup (depending on how sweet you would like it)
  • 2-3 sliced ripe peaches or nectarines (frozen work too)
  • 2 bottles rose wine
  • A handful of blueberries
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Place 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 cup simple syrup, 2-3 peaches (sliced), 2 bottles of rose wine, and a handful of blueberries in a jug and stir gently
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours or overnight
  3. Serve over ice
